meatballs in a slow cooker !!!

Sharing is caring!

Throwing meatballs into a slow cooker is good, but the two components that come after it are fantastic.

These tasty meatballs could give honey buffalo wings a run for their money. The meatballs are cooked in a sweet-and-sour sauce and are perfect for dinner after a long day or as an appetizer on toothpicks at any party. You can’t help but love them because they’re bursting with flavor, no matter what the occasion may be.

You can even make the meatballs ahead of time and refrigerate them until you’re ready to use them — they’re that easy! They take about 20 minutes to prepare and two hours in the slow cooker.

Ingredients:

2.25 lbs. lean ground beef

Two eggs

Approximately one cup saltine crackers, crumbled – about 22 crackers total.

1/3 cup minced onion

Half cup milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder
