1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (add more or less to taste)

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the thin slices of steak and cook them until they are browned which should take about 2-3 minutes per side. Set aside the cooked steak.

Add a little more olive oil if necessary into the same skillet then add the sliced onions. Cook until soft and caramelized which should take about 5-7 minutes. Throw in minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and set it aside.
Put the egg roll wrapper on a clean and dry surface and direct one of its corners towards you, creating a diamond shape.

In the middle part of the wrapping paper, place some cooked steak with caramelized onions and then sprinkle some shredded cheese over it.

Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling while making sure it is tightly tucked. Fold inwards the sides of the wrapper to meet at the center before rolling it upwards so that it becomes tight towards the top corner. Use water to moisten edges for sealing purposes.

Repeat this process using all other remaining wrappers and fillings.

Heat cooking oil up to 350°F (180°C) in a deep fryer or large pot. Add egg rolls carefully in batches; fry them until they turn golden brown and crispy which should take about 3-4 minutes per batch. Use a slotted spoon to remove them from oil then drain on paper towels.

For dipping sauce, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, sriracha sauce, Worcestershire sauce together with salt and pepper in a small dish till mixed evenly.

Serve hot Cheesesteak Egg Rolls with dipping sauce aside.

Enjoy your tasty homemade Cheesesteak Egg Rolls!
