Introduction:
Egg Roll Stir Fry is an incredibly simple dish to prepare, as well as being healthy. It carries the signature flavors of an egg roll and, while taking a fraction of the time to prepare, is very delicious. This dish is perfect for the everyday dinner and can also be used for meal preps. It consists of shredded vegetables, the protein of choice, and a nice sauce, all cooked in one pan. This one is a deconstructed version of your favorite egg roll without the wrapper, or any wrappers!
Ingredients:
Protein: 1 lb ground pork, chicken, turkey, or tofu for vegetarian option Vegetables: 4 cups shredded cabbage Green/Purple 1 cup shredded carrots 1 cup bean sprouts 1 small onion, thinly sliced 2-3 garlic cloves minced 1 tsp fresh ginger minced Sauce: 3 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten free) 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional) 1 tbsp hoisin sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tsp rice vinegar 1 tsp sriracha or chili garlic sauce (optional for heat) Garnish: 2 green onions sliced 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Getting the Sauce Ready:
Combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sriracha, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar in a bowl. Whisk well, and keep aside.
