Egg Roll Stir Fry !!

Ingredients:

Protein: 1 lb ground pork, chicken, turkey, or tofu for vegetarian option Vegetables: 4 cups shredded cabbage Green/Purple 1 cup shredded carrots 1 cup bean sprouts 1 small onion, thinly sliced 2-3 garlic cloves minced 1 tsp fresh ginger minced Sauce: 3 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten free) 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional) 1 tbsp hoisin sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tsp rice vinegar 1 tsp sriracha or chili garlic sauce (optional for heat) Garnish: 2 green onions sliced 1 tbsp sesame seeds

 

 

Guidelines:

Getting the Sauce Ready:

Combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sriracha, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar in a bowl. Whisk well, and keep aside.

Combining and Tossing:

Now, put the browned protein back into the skillet along with the sauce. Mix all the ingredients, and let them all cook for two to three minutes until they heat through.
