Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a casserole dish with butter or nonstick cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl, combine the milk, eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until smooth.
