The traditional no-bake cookie is transformed into a cake with No-Bake Cookie Cake!
Just last month, my kid turned one. I inquired as to his birthday dessert preferences, and he mentioned a no-bake cookie cake.
My no-bake cookie bar recipe has turned no-bake cookies into bars, but I wasn’t sure how they would turn out in a cake form. I was game to give it a go because I’d never seen it in a cake recipe before.
Ingredients:
400 grams of Maria type biscuits or Digestive biscuits
500 ml of milk
200 grams of sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
200 grams of butter at room temperature
2 tablespoons cocoa powder (optional)
Decorations of your choice (chocolate chips, nuts, fruit, etc.)

7. Cover the cake with plastic wrap or a lid and let it rest in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, so that the cookies soften and a perfect texture forms.
