4 packs flavored jelly (different colors)
2 cups hot water (for jelly)
1 cup cold water
2 packets unflavored gelatin
1 cup milk or evaporated milk
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Prepare each flavored jelly separately using hot water. Pour into shallow trays and refrigerate until fully set.
Cut the set jellies into small cubes and gently mix them together.
Dissolve unflavored gelatin in cold water, then add hot water and stir until fully dissolved.
Add milk, condensed milk, and vanilla extract to the gelatin mixture. Mix well.
Arrange the colorful jelly cubes evenly in a lightly greased ring mold.
Carefully pour the creamy gelatin mixture over the cubes.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
Unmold carefully and serve chilled
